Refund policy

t ScyntiquePK, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns on a case-by-case basis. Returns may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item
• The product is significantly different from what was described

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Opened or used fragrance products
• Items without original packaging

Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at uniqlopk.1@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when submitting your return request.
