Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. You will be contacted via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
2. Shipping Within Pakistan
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
- Other cities & towns: 4-7 business days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner.
5. International Shipping
We also ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times and charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS so you can monitor your delivery.
7. Delays
ScyntiquePK is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
